Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
