SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Returns

    • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    • Custom, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

    Shipping for Returns

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    How to Start a Return
